Reverend John gave me a personal reading while here at Camp Edgewood. I have never had a reading in the past, and I was stunned by the things about my father that came up in the reading. Things no one who knows me here, would know, and yet he was right on. Rev. John also told me about some training I was going to do that I had been waiting for a scholarship to start on. I heard new info two days later, just as he said. He also told me that I would become a minister as well. I had not even thought about this, but when I received my scholarship, the attorney told me when I was done with the other classes, he would be happy to look at the minister course with me.

While Rev. John was here, I was also his cabinet tender, or assistant for the transfiguration and materialization séances, each night it was amazing. I am a relatively new Spiritualist, and have begun my studies to become a medium and healer. As I have these gifts already, and being within Rev. John’s vibration brought me a great comfort and energy along with the power to see more clearly. It has also caused me to dig deeper into my path to become what I am meant to be. Rev. Rev. John Lilek is a nationally recognized ordained minister, certified medium, teacher and healer through the Universal Spiritualist Association. He was ordained in 1992, and served as an organizational staff teacher and medium. His teacher was the internationally known trumpet and materialization medium, Rev. Dr. James G. Tingley, and through his teachings, Rev. Lilek first developed his mental and physical mediumship gifts.

Rev. Lilek continues to serve, teach and demonstrate his gifts with Spiritualist churches and camps affiliated with five different Spiritualist organizations, including independent churches, Science of Mind churches, and spiritual learning centers across America. His spiritual work has appeared in books and interviews such as; “Talking to the Other Side”, by Todd Jay Leonard, as well as featured in the National Spiritualist Summit. He has served on many church boards, and held positions of assistant and co-pastor. Rev. Lilek is best known as a developed clairvoyant, clairaudient, and transfiguration medium, with the occasional trance and materialization mediumship that many times accompany the transfiguration.

Since the age of five years, he has known of his spiritual gifts, with the first as the ability to see into many of his own past lives. He continues to help many people see their true and higher potential in life, and dedicates his life to teaching many how to develop their gifts, and through his gifts, prove the continuity of life.

Class and Seminar Information -

Workshops begin Friday March 4^th in the evening at 7:00 PM and Saturday morning at 10:00 AM until 3:30 PM these classes are available to everyone at any level of development.

The workshops that begin on Saturday at 3:30 thru Sunday are for the more serious student, who has had some Clairvoyant work. All of these workshops are open to anyone that has experience working with the spirit world, even if you have not attended or completed the USCL program.

The Séances are open to everyone except the Sunday evening séance, this is for those who have had some work with the spirit world and have developed their Clairvoyant skills. Each Séance will be different, accenting what we are learning in the workshops.

Rev. John will be available for Private Readings $35.00 for 30 minutes. His availability is in the afternoon Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings 8:30 AM and 9:00AM, Monday all day and possibly Tuesday all day. Please contact Rev. Christine Sabick to schedule your appointments.

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Science of God & Spirit – Your Gifts Revealed… $25.00 Since the beginning of your life, God and Spirit have given you signs along your journey in life. This class / workshop will reveal to you what spiritual gifts that you were being shown that you have. By understanding higher spiritual laws, you will understand how God’s science was at work guiding and preparing you for a greater purpose in life. Many times, our own fears have worked against us and held us back from a more meaning full life. Class Time: 2 Hrs.

10:00 AM – 12:00 noon - Spirit Guides, Teachers & Light Identification… $25.00 - This course covers some of the various types of spirit guides, healers, doctors, teachers and angels that help us in the everyday journey of life. Also covered are their duties, and the specific types of light identification that are associated with them. There is an additional part that covers the light symbol- ism that is sometimes seen with the physical eye that identifies to us, our spiritual gifts. Time permitting; a message circle exclusively in identifying the spirit guides, teachers and the student’s spiritual gifts will be given. Class Time: 2 Hrs.

12 noon – 1:00 Lunch – Pot Luck bring a dish to share it will save on time and the cost of eating out.

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Secrets to Building Your Higher Spiritual Power… $25.00 - For one to unfold their physical gifts of mediumship, one must first build the necessary power within, which is required to produce consistent physical phenomena. This course covers these issues and more including practice of conditioning and self discipline, with helpful tips and techniques in development of your spiritual gifts. These important keys were forgotten when the last great mediums went on into higher progression, this course will help you find those “Golden Keys” again. Class Time: 2 ½ Hrs.

3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Golden Keys of the Master Teacher…$25.00 - This course is a culmination of philosophy given by the Master Teachers of ancient orders to open the higher consciousness within to help connect with the universe. In this course, the teaching and opening of the chakras in relation to the three minds within are given. Also covered, how fear and earthly frailties are overcome, allowing the doorway to higher understanding to open. These teachings are derived from the great philosophers of the past, such as; Krishna, Buddha and Jesus the Christ. Class Time: 2 Hrs.

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Dinner (either finish up the Pot Luck, bring your own or there are many restaurants not far away or we can call and order pizza – students choice)

6:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Physical Mediumship…$30.00 - This class / workshop gives the class member of metaphysics a deeper understanding of the various gifts of physical mediumship. Curriculum covers mental mediumship, attitude, nutrition, health habits, meditation, prayer invocation, and the way of life for the initiate. Instruction covers time sequences for developmental sitting, what is expected of the sitters, how to set up and sit for flame cards, card precipitation, trumpet, apport, transfiguration and materialization. Join in this informative class, and learn how to develop your physical gifts with more consistency and clarity. Class Time: 3 ½ Hrs.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Transfiguration Mediumship… $30.00 - This course covers a history of transfiguration, including the science of it. Higher spiritual laws are touched upon, with the mental and spiritual state the medium and sitters must be in. Training will cover aspects of set – up, lighting, seating, meditation, procedures of opening, conduct during, and properly closing the séance, and bringing the medium back (when in trance). Also covered, are the spirit guides, teachers and different light forms that usually accompany the transfiguration. At the conclusion, time permitting, a transfiguration séance will be given. Class Time: 3 Hrs.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Dinner

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Trumpet Mediumship… $30.00 - This is one of the most sought after of all of the spiritual gifts of physical mediumship. When fully developed, the trumpet not only levitates, but can speak (up to three voices at once from each trumpet). This can be done in total darkness, in dimmed red light and when fully developed in full natural light. The trumpet can be used as a vehicle for apport mediumship. In this course, you will learn the different types of trumpet séances, how to sit for development, including seating, mental and spiritual attitude, and time sequences and spirit chemicalizations. Class Time: 3 Hrs.
